How to Order

Select from our many options by creating your own design using our custom cake by design section or choose one of our signature designs. First select the item you would like to order. Then select the size or amount and add to cart. Fill out the order form that will pop up once you add to cart and continue to checkout. At checkout please fill out the pickup information form. Once you checkout you will receive a confirmation number. Please give us up to 24 hours to review your order and officially confirm or deny it. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for orders. If you are ordering for next day pickup we will try to get back to you as soon as we can with official confirmation.

Flavors

Cake Types:

Classic, Gluten-Free, Sugar-Free, Vegan (Vegan is also Gluten-free).

Cake Flavors:

Vanilla, Chocolate, Matcha, Lemon, Confetti, Carrot, Oreo, Red Velvet, Pumpkin Spice, Ube, Strawberry, Earl Grey.

Filling Flavors :

Sizes

Regular sizes are 2 layers of cake and are about 3” tall.

4“ Bento serves 1-2, 6” Regular serves 6-8, 8” Regular serves 10-12 10“ Regular serves 15-20

Tall sizes are 3 layers of cake and are about 5” tall.

4” Tall serves 4-6, 6” Tall serves 12-16, 8” Tall serves 16-20, 10“ Tall serves 35-45.

We offer single tier to four tier cakes.

Order Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled for a full refund before 24 hours prior to your cake pickup/delivery time. Cancellations under 24 hours notice will not be refunded.

Refund Policy:

Please inspect order at pickup/delivery. The order is considered accepted and is no longer the responsibility of the bakery once it leaves or the delivery driver leaves the cake/order. Orders will not be refund after it is accepted at pickup or delivery. If the delivery driver is not from Butter&Bear you can inspect the order at delivery and call us to request a refund. Refunds will only be given if the order meets the refund qualifications.

Refund Qualifications:

Full refunds can be given if order is destroyed or severely damaged at pickup. Full refunds may also be given if there are any non-edible/moldy items in the order that should not be there but refund requests for this reason must be requested within 24 hours after pickup/delivery and must show proof.

Partial refunds may be given if the order at pickup/delivery the order is the incorrect sizing or rejected due to wrong decorating style, writing, color or any other general design issues that were specifically requested. A refund cannot be given if the size you ordered was not the size you wanted. We are not responsible for the wrong size being ordered. Partial refunds may also be given if the flavor of the item was made incorrect but refunds for this reason must be requested within 24 hours. Credits may not be requested in exchange.
